Dusty Roads Ltd, trading as Dusty Roads Campervans & Conversions, is a family-run business based at Unit D2, Base Business Park, Rendlesham, Woodbridge, Suffolk IP12 2TZ. This policy explains, in plain English, how we handle any personal information you share with us through this website.
What we collect
When you use our contact or quote form, we collect the details you type in: typically your name, phone number, email address and anything you tell us about your van or the conversion you have in mind. We don’t ask for more than we need to answer your enquiry.
How we use your information
We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare your quote and manage any work you go on to commission with us. We never sell your data, and we don’t pass it to third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry or any resulting work, plus any period required for legal or accounting purposes. After that, they’re deleted.
